In case of withdrawal of a criminal case in which the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff, the Chief Secretary shall verify the decision of the Government of Nepal, the Council of Ministers regarding the withdrawal of such case and based on such verification, the Secretary of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Order shall execute or cause to be executed. .
